Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. 3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Whop.com. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per Whop's refund policy. Tier access (Free, Premium, VIP, Elite) is granted upon successful payment.
4. 4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: redistribute signals or content to non-subscribers, reverse-engineer our systems, use our services for any illegal purpose, or impersonate OXY ALGO staff or AI agents.
5. 5. Risk Disclaimer
Trading forex, crypto, indices, and commodities carries a high level of risk. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. OXY ALGO is not responsible for any trading losses incurred from using our signals or automation tools.
