Key Strategy Concepts

Session Flow: London Maps → NY Executes

• Map imbalance levels during London session
• Price moves into those levels during NY session
• The imbalance zones identified in London become trade zones in NY

Setup: Double Imbalance (Top + Bottom)

• Imbalance on the bottom AND imbalance on the top = range
• London moves into top imbalance area → take profit there
• If price never broke the level after 2 tests → bounced back
• Caught the upside move, then found buy opportunity at bottom imbalance

Buy Signal at Imbalance Lows

• Price returns to mapped imbalance level from London session
• Deep spikes of liquidity within the level (liquidity sweep)
• 60+ contracts on the BID side = big wheel buying interest
• Negative delta came in (one red cluster) → then shifted to overall POSITIVE delta
• Volume increased significantly
• Entry: After seeing 60 contracts on bid + delta flip to positive
• Stop: Below the current price level
• Result: Price never came back to the level — orders too big, had to be filled

Sell Signal at Imbalance Highs (Mapped from London)

• At the high: ask side showed big numbers
• Commitment of traders: 20, 200+ contracts on ask side
• Deep spike of liquidity into the high area (value area high)
• Delta changes from positive to negative = sellers active
• Draw line at the edge → that's the imbalance level
• Level mapped in London → price came back during NY → rejected → sell

Key Pattern: London Map → NY Execute

1. During London: identify imbalance levels (footprint) on both highs and lows
2. Draw horizontal lines at those edges
3. During NY: wait for price to return to those levels
4. Look for contract imbalances (60+ on bid for buys, 200+ on ask for sells)
5. Confirm with delta flip (negative → positive for buys, positive → negative for sells)
6. Enter with tight stop behind the imbalance level

Gold-Specific Notes

• Orders on gold are so big they HAVE to be filled — price won't come back
• Deep liquidity spikes are common on gold at imbalance levels
• Perfect scenario = imbalance level + session transition + delta confirmation
